Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to Betting Edge at bettingedge.app (the “Service”), operated by The Edge Collective (“we,” “us”). By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What this is — and is not

Betting Edge is a sports research and analysis product. We publish slates, price-card tickets, deep dives, and a public win/loss ledger so you can study markets. We are not a sportsbook, casino, broker, bank, or registered advisor. We do not accept wagers, hold a bankroll, or pay out bets.

Betting Edge provides sports research and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. We are not a sportsbook, broker, bank, or registered advisor, and we do not accept bets or handle your money. You are solely responsible for any betting or financial decision you make. Sports betting involves risk of loss — including loss of the entire amount wagered. Past results, win rates, and agent tickets do not predict future results. No model, agent, or strategy can guarantee profit or an edge. Odds, lines, and injury reports move in real time; a suggestion can be stale before you bet. You must be 21 or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and only bet where it is legal. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You may only use the Service where it is lawful. You are responsible for knowing the laws that apply to you. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are underage or using the Service unlawfully.

4. Accounts

You need an account for memberships, saved tickets, and password resets. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us at hello@bettingedge.app if you think it was compromised. We may refuse, limit, or close accounts that abuse the Service or these Terms.

5. Desk and Edge

Desk (free) includes the weekly NFL slate, book links, and three price-card tickets per game. Edge is a paid membership that unlocks deep dives and related research, subject to the limits posted on Pricing. Features, limits, and prices can change; we will not pull a paid period you already bought without a material reason (fraud, abuse, or a legal requirement).

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid Edge is billed by Stripe as a monthly subscription at the then current list price (today $9.99/month), unless a valid promotion code applies. Promo codes (including partner rates) are issued by us or Stripe, may be limited, and can be revoked for misuse. Taxes may be added where required.

• We do not store full card numbers. Stripe processes payment.
• You can cancel anytime in the billing portal. Access continues through the current paid period.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where the law requires a refund, or if we charged you and failed to deliver Edge after a good-faith notice to hello@bettingedge.app.
• If a renewal fails, we may downgrade the account to Desk until payment succeeds.

7. Research, models, and no guarantee

Deep dives and tickets are produced with software, models (including third-party AI), public data, and our own methods. Odds, injuries, and lines move. A card can be stale before you bet. Past win rates do not predict future results. No model, agent, or strategy can guarantee profit or an edge. You alone decide whether to wager, and you bear all losses.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its tickets as your own product.
• Share an Edge login to bypass a subscription.
• Attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service except as the law allows.
• Use the Service to target minors, to commit fraud, or to violate sports-betting or market-manipulation laws.
• Feed the Service unlawful content or attempt to extract another user’s private data.

9. Intellectual property

Betting Edge, the lockup, desk UI, prompts, and original write-ups are owned by The Edge Collective or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own research. Team names, logos, and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification.

10. Third parties

Books, exchanges, Stripe, email, hosting, and model providers have their own terms. Clicking out to DraftKings, FanDuel, Polymarket, or any other book is your choice. We are not responsible for those sites.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that tickets are accurate, complete, or timely, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE EDGE COLLECTIVE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BANKROLL, OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify The Edge Collective and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your wagers, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent we caused the claim by our own willful misconduct.

14. Problem gambling

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org. The Service is not a treatment tool.

15. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. If a change is material, we will try to notice it in the product or by email. Continued use after the update is acceptance. We may suspend or end the Service or your account with notice when practical, or immediately for abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law in your home state says otherwise. Courts in Tennessee have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
